He had a positive attitude to the job I even when I added work to the job and he didn\u2019t bat an eyelid to it. He kept the area clean and tidy as I have small children. He had dealt with my telephone enquiry and advised cost based on what was believed to be needed as outlined by British Gas Engineer. As soon as Scott started he thought the information from British Gas was incorrect and this proved to be correct. He found two other faults that had caused my heating not to work . Within an hour he had fitted a new part and had my heating working and for a lot less than the quote over the telephone. I will be using Scott again and could not give him a better review than 5 star. We received a free quote for the job with Scott visiting our property and spending time with us to offer advice of what would be best for our small bathroom. We decided on panel walls and click flooring and it is the best decision we made. The work took 5 days to complete and Scott and Scotty arrived on time every day, made sure the carpets etc were protected from the work they were undertaking and were clean and tidy throughout.
